A quiet revolution is happening in the gas shipping industry. Business is expanding rapidly. Terminals handling new cargoes are being planned by companies new to the business. But very little guidance exists to help these new projects avoid repeating the mistakes of the past.
Looking at gas cargo loading and discharge as a process operation, there must be a match between the process requirement of the ship and the terminal. Joined up thinking is needed!
